This French immersion is designed for intermediate learners who want to improve their communication skills, expand their vocabulary, and experience French culture in action. Over two rich and engaging days, you’ll explore France’s most picturesque villages and its incredible gastronomic heritage – all while practising your French in context.
With the support of our experienced native teachers Odile and Samuel, you'll dive into interactive lessons, group activities, pronunciation workshops, and creative presentations – in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

This day is perfect for learners between A2.5 and B1.9 – you already know the basics and want to go further with speaking, understanding, and using French in context. No need to be fluent – just curious, motivated, and ready to give it a go!

In small groups, choose a village and create a presentation to promote it as a top destination for Australian travellers

🧀 Cheese Masterclass & Apéro
Explore and taste a variety of cheeses from across France
Learn the art of slicing and serving cheese like a local
Enjoy a relaxed end to the day with a delicious tasting session and French-style apéro: Chat, relax, and unwind – en français, of course!

Step into the world of French cuisine and build fluency through fun, hands-on language task
🍰 Learn about food & restaurant in France, from pastries to brasseries
🔠 Practise grammar through real-life culinary contexts

🎙️ Sharpen your pronunciation and master those tricky liaisons
🧑🤝🧑 Group challenge | Create a regional menu
Get creative in teams to design a French regional menu for a travel agency’s special tasting event
🍽 Enjoy a dinner at nearby French restaurant to wrap up your immersion with a 3-course French meal (drinks not included)
🚗 Transport to the restaurant included – or drive yourself and head home from there
