Over two inspiring days, you’ll dive deep into the language with high-level classes, real-life conversations, cultural activities, gourmet moments, and joyful French-only interaction — no English allowed! Whether you’re preparing for travel, exams, or just craving a full reset after summer, this program will help you refine fluency, sharpen your ear, and unlock greater confidence.

DAY 1 – THURSDAY
🕘 9:00 – 12:00 | Classe 1 - Expressing yourself with confidence
We kick off the immersion with a lively, interactive session focused on fluency, clarity, and precision in speaking. Discussions, role-plays, and games will get you thinking and speaking quickly — in French, of course.
🍵 10:30 – 11:00 | Morning Tea
Enjoy a French-style morning break with treats and chats — all en français.
🥐 12:30 | Lunch at French Basket in Dee Why (not included)
We'll head to a local French café for a relaxed group lunch — another opportunity to keep speaking naturally and effortlessly.
🌊 13:30 – 15:00 | Coastal Walk & Guided Conversation
Enjoy the beauty of the Northern Beaches while engaging in structured pair and group conversations during a scenic walk.
🍫 15:00 | Chocolate-Making Workshop in Dee Why
Join a local artisan for a hands-on experience making delicious chocolates — learn the vocabulary of taste, texture, and technique while indulging your sweet side.
🍷 17:00 | Apéro & Games
Wrap up the day with a French apéritif, laughter, and fun language games designed to reinforce the day’s vocabulary and build connections.
DAY 2 – FRIDAY
🕘 9:00 – 12:00 | Classe 2 – Spontaneity & Nuance
Today’s class deepens your skills with debates, role-playing, and advanced language challenges to help you speak more naturally and fluidly.
🍵 10:00 – 10:30 | Morning Tea
Another relaxing break to connect and recharge — still fully in French.
🥗 12:30 | Lunch at a local café (not included)
Continue the French immersion over a meal with your classmates and teachers.
🚶♂️ 13:30 – 15:00 | Walk & Themed Conversation
A second coastal walk with thought-provoking conversation prompts to stretch your language in new directions.
⚫ 15:00 | Pétanque in Avalon (TBC)
Time for a classic French pastime! Whether you're new to pétanque or a seasoned player, you'll love this fun, relaxed session in the park — fully in French.
🍽 18:30 | Dinner at French restaurant (not included)
We end the immersion with a festive group dinner at a local French restaurant — a final opportunity to celebrate, share, and speak French over a delicious meal.

The meeting point for both days is French à la Carte – Killarney Heights, where we’ll kick off our immersion sessions.
🅿️ Free, unrestricted parking is available on-site — easy and convenient!
For afternoon activities, you will have the option to drive yourself to Dee Why (on Day 1) or Avalon (on Day 2). If you prefer not to drive, we’re happy to provide transport to and from Dee Why (Day 1) and Avalon (Day 2) from Killarney Heights.
The coastal walks are leisurely and suitable for most fitness levels. Chairs are available for pétanque, and participation is flexible.

- You’re an advanced learner (B1+ to B2) ready to operate entirely in French
- You want a full immersion experience to boost fluency, nuance, and speed
- You’re preparing for travel, study, or work in French
- You enjoy French culture, food, and the satisfaction of expressing yourself fully in French — without the need to switch back to English.
👉 Not suitable for intermediate or beginner students. A strong grasp of spoken French is expected, as the entire weekend will be conducted in French.
