A new chapter for our Killarney Heights community

After two wonderful years at The French Corner in Killarney Heights, our lease will come to an end on 31 August 2026.

The good news is that all of our Winter Workshops, as well as the first five weeks of Term 3 classes, will continue to take place at The French Corner as usual. Our move to the Forestville Arts & Community Centre will occur from Monday 31 August 2026, which corresponds to Week 6 of Term 3.

While we're sad to leave a space that has been home to so many French conversations, friendships and cultural moments, we're excited to continue growing our community in Forestville.

We would like to sincerely thank all our students, families and supporters who have helped make The French Corner such a special place. Your enthusiasm for the French language and culture has allowed us to build something truly unique in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

The good news is that only the location is changing — the same teachers, the same friendly atmosphere, and the same passion for sharing French language and culture will continue in our new home.

We look forward to welcoming you to Forestville and hope to keep spreading the love of French there for many years to come.

Merci for your support, and à très bientôt in Forestville!

Since opening in 2024, our new hub in the heart of Killarney Heights has become a vibrant spot to live “un petit moment de France.” Whether you're dropping by for a class, a catch-up in the library space, or a cultural event, you’ll immediately feel right at home. Here, the joy of French isn’t just in the lessons—it’s in the laughter, the friendships, and the genuine community we’re building together.
