Join us for a special Easter workshop with Choc et Moi’s Belgian chocolatier Hélène. During this 2-hour French-only workshop you’ll learn about the history of chocolate accompanied by a dégustation of cacao fèves and different varieties of chocolate. Hélène will then demonstrate how to temper chocolate then it’s time for you to learn how to make your own truffes de Pâques. While these delectable treats are cooling, you’ll get to sample one of Choc et Moi’s signature drinks – a chocolat chaud or a coffee or tea.
Each participant will go home with a beautifully presented box of their chocolate creations.
