No need to travel all the way to France to taste a bit of French culture, Sydney is filled with French history. We just need to know where to look!
Marie-Françoise will take you on a tour of Hunters Hill, her Australian hometown, and show you why the area is called the French village. While you wander around streets with French names, you’ll be able to listen to many interesting facts about the history of this suburb and its various links to French history and culture.
A stop for refreshment at a sunny sandstone terrace will be welcomed to rest tired legs, before continuing our walk down the Peninsula along the mall lanes and other interesting parts of the suburb.
