Belgian native Hélène trained with the top chocolatiers in her country before moving to Australia to set up her own café and chocolaterie in Brookvale, on Sydney’s northern beaches. Drop into her café for a delectable hot chocolate or coffee, and sample a few of her specialty truffles or mendiants. Hélène also runs chocolate workshops for adults and kids where she talks about the history of chocolate (including a dégustation) and then shows you how to temper chocolate and create perfect chocolate delicacies for you to take home.
